1. Agreement
By accessing or using https://www.brightpathcleaning.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by BrightPath Cleaning LLC (“BrightPath,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Wheaton, Illinois.

BrightPath provides residential and commercial window cleaning and related services. Information on the Site is for general information only and does not guarantee availability, pricing, or service in every area.

4. Quotes and estimates
Online quotes and calculators are estimates only. Final pricing may change after we confirm details, access, property conditions, or an on-site assessment. Submitting a form or estimate request is not a binding contract unless we confirm a booked job in writing (including email or text).

5. Booking and cancellations
Service dates, scope, and payment terms are confirmed when we schedule your job. Cancellation or rescheduling rules (if any) will be provided at booking or in your confirmation.

6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact and property information, ensure safe and reasonable access for our team, and disclose conditions that may affect the work (for example, fragile glass, restricted access, or pets).

7. Website use
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You may not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content in a way that harms the Site, or submit false or harmful information through forms.

8. Contact forms and marketing
When you submit your name, email, phone number, or other details through the Site (including quote or contact forms), you agree we may use that information to respond to your request and to operate our business.

You also agree that we may use your email address and phone number for marketing about BrightPath services, offers, and updates, where allowed by law. You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link (when provided) or emailing sales@brightpathcleaning.com. You can opt out of marketing texts/calls by replying STOP (where applicable) or contacting us. Opting out of marketing does not stop messages needed to complete a service request you already made.

9. Intellectual property
Site content (text, logos, images, design, and code) is owned by BrightPath or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of the Site.

10. Third-party links and tools
The Site may link to third-party sites or use third-party tools. We are not responsible for those sites or services.

11. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRIGHTPATH CLEANING LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER ILLINOIS LAW. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, including for our own gross negligence or willful misconduct where applicable.

13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold BrightPath harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes related to these Terms or the Site will be brought in state or federal courts located in Illinois, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
